Webifo Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a software development and technology consulting company offering custom software, web and mobile application development, AI/ML solutions, cloud infrastructure, and related professional services. Our products include the PanditJi mobile application.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You may use webifo.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam), malware, or any harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our website without written permission.
• Impersonate Webifo, any Webifo employee, or any other person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• Use our Services in any way that could damage our reputation or expose Webifo or other users to liability.

Engagements for custom software development, web or mobile app development, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or any other professional service are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) entered into between Webifo and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

All project deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, and intellectual property ownership are defined in the relevant service agreement. Enquiries do not constitute a contract.

The PanditJi app provides Puja booking, Rashifal, Muhurat calculation, currency conversion, and related spiritual services. By using PanditJi, you further agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a service.
• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless separately agreed in writing.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
• Not misuse the booking system, including making fraudulent or fictitious bookings.

Webifo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your PanditJi account at any time for breach of these terms.

All content on our website and within our products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof — is owned by or licensed to Webifo Tech Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to:

• View and print pages from webifo.com for personal, non-commercial use.
• Download a single copy of the PanditJi app for personal use on your device.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our written consent.
• Use the Webifo name, logo, or branding in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement without permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Violation of these restrictions terminates your right to use our Services immediately and may result in legal action.

Where our Services require you to create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and not sharing them with third parties.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at contact@webifo.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable any account, at our sole discretion, if we believe it has been used in breach of these terms.

Payments for professional services are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement. For PanditJi bookings or any in-app purchases:

• All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Webifo does not store payment card details.
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact contact@webifo.com within 7 days of a transaction if you have a concern.
• Webifo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (e.g., GitHub, social media platforms, Calendly). These are provided for convenience only. Webifo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Our website and publicly accessible content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Professional services are subject to separate contractual warranties as defined in your service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Webifo Tech Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or free products shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Liability for paid professional services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webifo Tech Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

For users in other jurisdictions, nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, products, or applicable law. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of our Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
